Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

  • Most orders ship within 4–8 weeks after your order is placed (this does not include preorders).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.

  • Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • Delays may occur due to inventory availability or order volume; we will notify you via email if this happens.

Expedited Shipping

  • For rush orders or special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

  • We offer overnight, next-day, and other expedited options upon request.

  • Please note some shipping delays (weather, carrier, etc.) are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and all orders ship via UPS.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150 when the discount code is applied.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase on full-price items for store credit or exchange only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final Sale: Personalized items, promotional or clearance merchandise, and seasonal items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Approved returns receive a pre-paid label via email for clothing, accessories, or shoes.

  • A $6.50 return shipping fee is deducted from store credit unless you purchased Return Coverage at checkout.

  • Larger items (toys, baby gear) require approval and return shipping at the customer’s expense.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours after arrival for processing. Returns received on weekends or holidays may require extra time.

Shoes

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside another shipping box or mailer.

  • Damaged shoe boxes may result in denial of return.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • All approved returns receive store credit for the item price.

  • Store credit is issued via email and is valid for 90 days.

Free Returns Coverage

  • If you opt-in for Return Coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is free.

  • If you decline coverage, return shipping fees apply.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • All personalized orders are final sale.

  • No changes can be made after 24 hours of placing the order.
